Dartford borough has grown quickly, with new homes around Greenhithe, Stone and the Ebbsfleet area alongside the older streets of Dartford town, Swanscombe and the villages to the south. Acacia Maintenance provides clearance, repair and external maintenance services across the whole borough.
New-build estates need fences, patios and sheds finishing or replacing, while older properties need clearing and repairing between owners and tenants. We cover both, with a crew that arrives equipped for the job and leaves the site tidy.
We help housing teams, housing associations, managing agents and commercial landlords with void turnarounds, grounds upkeep and external repairs, with full waste transfer paperwork on every job.
