Property Maintenance in Gravesend and Gravesham

Gravesham combines the riverside towns of Gravesend and Northfleet with a rural south of villages and farmland around Meopham, Istead Rise and Vigo. Acacia Maintenance provides clearance and maintenance services across the borough.

In the towns, much of our work is clearing and repairing rented and social housing; in the villages it is more often fencing, outbuildings and larger garden projects. Either way, you get one team handling the whole job.

What we do

Our bulk waste removal service covers house and void clearances, garden waste and building rubble, all disposed of legally. We also carry out:

• fencing,
• property repairs,
• groundworks,
• gardening,
• landscaping and
• garden sheds and outbuildings.

For housing providers and organisations

Local authority housing teams, housing associations, letting agents and businesses can book single jobs or schedule regular work, with clear quotes and full documentation.
