The London Borough of Sutton sits on the edge of Surrey, with quiet residential roads in Cheam, Carshalton and Wallington and a busy town centre in Sutton itself. Acacia Maintenance travels across from Tatsfield to provide clearances, repairs and garden work throughout the borough.
Many of our Sutton customers are clearing a family home, getting a property ready to sell or let, or tackling a garden that has got away from them. We take care of the heavy lifting and the disposal so you can focus on the next step.
Housing teams, housing associations and managing agents can book us for void clearances and external maintenance, as single jobs or ongoing work. Every load is disposed of legally, with waste transfer notes provided.
